Registration
You can register online now for the Colloquium using the form at the bottom of this page, or directly on Eventbrite.
Registration costs £150 including lunch and dinner in St Anne’s College.
For those unable to come to the dinner due to other commitments, we also have an expanded number of places available for the day only at £110.
OUMEF members should contact Angus McKnight to book a place rather than booking online.
Bursaries
A limited number of bursaries are available to trainee doctors working within the HEE Thames Valley area. These are funded by OUCAGS. They cover the whole cost of the conference (but not expenses) including the dinner, attendance at which is expected. Presenters of abstracts will be prioritised for these funded places. If you would like to apply please do not register for the conference online as the places are funded directly rather than reimbursed.
If you are submitting an abstract and wish to apply for a bursary please tick the appropriate box on the submission form. If you are not submitting an abstract please email Angus McKnight including your contact details, place of work at the time of the conference, specialty and year of training, and current involvement in medical education.
