John Jeffery, one of our fellows and a T&O registrar, has just launched a website - www.orthopaedicprep.com - that is aimed at trainees preparing for a career in orthopaedic surgery and especially those preparing for registrar interviews.

The 'Leadership Development Evaluation and Research Group', a group working with the NHS Leadership Academy, have produced a useful framework for evaluation 'development interventions'.

It provides a structure that should be useful for evaluating learning experiences, and the idea is that evaluation can be built in to the design of the programme. It provides examples and templates.

A copy of the document is on our website as it may be of use to fellows.

Health Education Thames Valley and Oxford Brookes University have developed this educational qualification aimed at clinicians working within the HETV area.
